We are located on Redstone Lake, in scenic Haliburton Highlands, surrounded by nature, wildlife, Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve Algonquin Park.
This is a spacious 3800 sq ft cottage on a quiet lot. More than 1400 sq ft of wrap around deck, provides great outdoor area for rest and relaxation. The treed lot has over 280' of waterfront, a huge sandy beach with a slow gradual walk in access to the lake (Early spring the lake water level could be high and the beach partially underwater, after mid-June water level goes down, exposing the large sandy beach).
Main floor is open concept inclusive of a modern and well equipped kitchen, adjoining dining room, and great room with fireplace. Lower floor includes a 500 sq ft common area (a perfect retreat for reading or conversation), The lower level also features a separate 600 sq ft Rec Room. This spectacular rec room includes 3 sofas and an entertainment unit with a 65" TVs with Satellite channels. This area is perfect to provide entertainment and enjoyment for children and adults alike.

Picturesque Haliburton highlands is 2.5 hours north of Toronto and provides easy/close accessibility to both the Town of Minden Hills as well as the Town of Haliburton.

At Playa Salvador you will have access to the entire 2 story cottage, the 280ft of private waterfront with a sandy beach, 2 acres of grass and trees on the property. The storage garage is off limits to renters.

Our cottage is located on a peaceful, private bay on prestigious Redstone lake. A short drive away from the town of Haliburton where there are countless activities you can enjoy, from the Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve, to Sir Sam's Ski hill for biking in the summer or skiing and snowboarding in the winter. A 10 min drive in town and you will find everything you need like a general store, restaurants, LCBO and many other places you can go to satisfy your cottage needs.
This cottage is on a privately maintained road. Cars can access the cottage although 4x4 vehicles are recommended. There is a large parking area available for all guests.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the garage poiting toward the driveway.
It is the renter’s responsibility to remove all garbage and take to the dump before heading home from the cottage. A garbage card will be left on the dining table which you can use to dispose of your garbage and recycle at the dump.
We allow 1 pet, if 2 pets please let your Host know.
